Summer '19 Full Swing

Greetings from the garden!

We thank our clients who have been on hold for their patience during our busy Spring season. I had a wonderful opportunity for a part-time, 17-week internship at the Wood County Parks District's Stewardship Department doing restoration work with the native plants of Northwest Ohio. Now that I am finished, Pray Plants is back in full swing for the summer season! What little remains of our homegrown sale seedlings will go in the ground here in the Pray Garden soon, but upkeep and installation projects will continue through Fall.

Know someone looking for a side-job this Summer and Fall? We are hiring a part-time landscape gardener to help us with larger projects. Click the "Apply" tab at the top, or this link: www.prayplants.com/apply to see more details about this position, and to submit an application!

Garden Tip of the Day: Chamomile is a great companion plant for herbs and vegetables because it repels several pests!

Happy planting!

-Becca Pray
